Street artist Banksy has been credited for introducing street art to the masses with his political and social satire. Although many of his artwork has been painted over in London, a few pieces still do remain, and I posted previously about Where to Find Banksy Street Art in London on this blog. However, there was one that I never had access to, and that is located in a courtyard of a pub off Rivington Street. The pub is now known as The Viaduct. "Guard Dog and His Master's Voice" is the name of the artwork, which features "His Master's Voice", the dog mascot from HMV. The artwork was painted in 2005.
The access is through the garden of The Viaduct club/pub, and it can be seen alongside other murals.
