For the past few years, the City of London has hosted a few light sculpture installations (at Principle Place and CityPoint), and the scultpures were in situ from the middle of October until the 6th of January. The two installations are titled "Glow" and "Trumpet Flowers" and are interactive with light and sound. They have been created by Amingo&Amigo, which are an art agency from Australia.
"Trumpet Flowers" plays jazz trumpet music when the viewer interacts with it, playing different trumpet sounds. The trumpet flowers also light up when played and transform colour. The more people that interact with it, the better it sounds as a jazz band.
"Glow" is similar in design, and it plays fourty different sounds when interacted with, and the more people that interact with it, the better it sounds. It also transforms the lights into different patterns and colours.
