For the past couple of years, the Fleet Street Quarter in London has hosted a sculpture trail featuring twelve winter or festive-themed sculptures. Last year, these twelve sculptures were based on the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas". This year, the penguins were the stars of the trail. The sculptures aim to bring visitors into the area and also raise money for charity WWF (World Wide Fund) to help environmental consrvation causes.
Th sculptures were in place for eight weeks over the festive period and can be accompanied by an audio trail so visitors can learn about the sculptures. The sculptures are created by Wild in Art.
