Pancake Day 2025 at My Old Dutch in Chelsea

To get ready for Pancake Day this year, I visited My Old Dutch on King's Road in Chelsea. The restaurant is considered London's oldest pancake house, and it has been located at the premises since the late 1950s. There are a few of this restaurant chain located around the city now, but this is the original one. I had never been to the restaurant before. I ordered the pistachio stack of four pancakes (proper American pancakes and not crepes).

There was a stack of five pancakes served with pistachio sauce, dried raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and vanilla ice cream.

The interior of the restaurant had a couple of neon signs and tulips hanging upside down from the ceiling.

I enjoyed my pancakes. Happy Pancake day / Shrove Tuesday!
