At the end of June, I visited a hidden garden in the middle of one of the busiest developed areas of London: Westminster. Suzette has a small set up here a couple of blocks from one of the busiest stations, Victoria. It used to be known as Onion Garden, and it was a community project to bring events and nature to people. The venue serves hot and cold drinks (alcohol) and pastries at the little building, and visitors can take their food into the garden to enjoy. There are a lot of little hidden tables and areas to enjoy with nature and birds.

Orders can be placed in the building.

I ordered a gin and tonic and a cookie.

I went to a secluded part of the garden to enjoy it. This was away from other people and a nice touch being in the garden with the beautiful plants and birds. I did not feel that I was in the middle of one of the busiest areas of London.

This really is a lovely place to sit and enjoy some quiet away from the noisy and busy streets outside.
