Gillie and Marc's Wildlife Sculpture in Paternoster Square

A new sculpture by Gillie and Marc has appeared for a short time in Paternoster Square near to St. Paul's Cathedral. The sculpture features a selection of animals riding a long scooter, and it is namd "Go WIldlife Go". There is also a space for adults and children to fit in between the animals and take a photograph.

Gillie and Marc are known for their sculptures, which seem to be placed around various parts of London and feature their iconic personified dog and rabbit figures, as shown in the below photograph.

The sculpture features many animals that are in danger of becoming extinct. Koala, elephant, rhino, giraffe, ape, hippo, cheetah, and lion are some of the animals. The artists wish to inspire people to protect animals.

The sculpture was on display until early February.
