Breamore Miz-Maze

Breamore Miz-Maze is a labyrinth maze cut into the turf (grass and soil) of the ground during the middle ages - around the 12th century. There are currently eight surviving miz-mazes in the country, and this is one of a couple in Hampshire. The miz-maze can be viewed by walking up beyond Breamore House and following a long trail through the woods (on a road) and up a hill. The walk took a little over thirty minutes to arrive at the miz-maze. It is easy to locate though not exactly sign-posted.

The miz-maze is fenced off because it is a scheduled monument and prone to damage if people walk onto it. Visitors can still enjoy it by walking around it.
